Job Summary
Support lead teacher in an early childhood setting by assisting with supervising infants/children, implementing age-appropriate activities, and aiding with daily routines such as hygiene, diapering, naps, and parent communications. Contribute to weekly lesson plans, monitor classroom safety, assist with parenting and children’s development time, participate in parent nights, and help plan/implement summer camp activities. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and roughly 1 year of childcare experience; on-site Monday–Friday with varied hours in an on-site setting at Interim House West in Philadelphia, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or daycare
