Job Summary
Sourcing and placing qualified teaching candidates across SCCD Training’s network, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to references, and coordinating placements with schools. Build and maintain relationships with schools to understand staffing needs and recruitment goals, track recruitment metrics, and provide ongoing support during induction. Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with SCCD Training’s objectives and ensure successful placements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector
- Strong knowledge of the UK education system and teacher recruitment needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and school representatives effectively
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with attention to detail
- Proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to meet recruitment targets
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
