Job Summary
Provides intensive reading instruction in a one-to-one or small-group setting for at-risk students, coordinating with principals and reading teachers to design and implement intervention plans aligned with classroom objectives; monitors progress using data from MAP and other assessments, maintains records, and collaborates to adjust intervention strategies to improve reading achievement across elementary to secondary levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Florida Teaching certificate in Elementary Education K-6 (Elem. level)
- Florida teaching certificate in Reading OR Reading endorsement at the secondary level
