Job Summary
Ignite student learning by fostering critical thinking and a love of learning, while supporting families to create a collaborative environment that meets children's needs inside and outside the classroom. Build community networks by working alongside educators, leaders, and families to uplift the whole community and cultivate belonging for every child. Collaborate with parents and community partners to ensure students dream big and grow as individuals. This role offers a starting salary of $53,800, 23 days of PTO in the first year, and tuition reimbursement. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree with a Gateway Level 5 and a Substitute License, with a valid IL Professional Educator License and Early Childhood Education Endorsement preferred. A background check is required.
