Job Summary
PreK-4 Teacher responsible for creating a faith-filled, developmentally appropriate learning environment aligned with FCC standards and Diocesan guidelines. Responsibilities include integrating Catholic values, leading prayer and liturgy, planning differentiated, developmentally appropriate instruction, maintaining a safe classroom, conducting formative and summative assessments, communicating with families, and participating in professional development to uphold accreditation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
- Florida State Certification in Early Childhood Education or eligible for certification
- Faith-filled and actively practicing Catholic preferred
- Experience with young children in a structured setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Completion of Diocese-required background screening and Safe Environment Training
