TEACHER, PRE-K (SY2627)

Meet and instruct assigned pre-kindergarten classes at designated times and locations. Plan a program of study addressing individual student needs while creating a conducive learning environment. Prepare for classes, establish clear objectives, and employ varied instructional techniques consistent with district philosophy. Assess student accomplishments regularly, diagnose learning abilities, and provide progress reports as required. Maintain accurate records, protect student safety, and enforce classroom behavior standards in harmony with administration policies. Support the CORE Literacy initiative and WOW program, supervise teacher aides, and attend staff meetings. Work 190 days annually within the $49,278–$80,502 salary range.
