Job Summary
Electives Teacher for Physical Education implements the district's instructional program and educational philosophy in the designated subject area, develops engaging PE lessons, plans with staff and librarians, maintains accurate records of student evaluation and progress, communicates with parents about student progress, and upholds professionalism and district policies to support student welfare and safety in and out of the classroom.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited College or University
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned
- One year of student teaching or approved internship
- Two years successful classroom experience (preferred)
