Teacher Part Year - Urbana

Collaborate with the Early Childhood Service Coordinator, Head Teacher, and families to plan and implement the Head Start educational program for preschool children. Prepare the learning environment, manage daily routines, small and large group times, outdoor activities, and mealtime procedures while ensuring proper supervision and a safe, sanitary setting. Assist in developing activities that promote skill building across developmental domains and complete developmental screenings for all children. Support family engagement efforts and, when requested, conduct home visits and parent conferences. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 40 pounds.
