Job Summary
Seeking a Teacher of the Deaf to support students with hearing impairments, evaluating their progress and adapting curriculum to meet varied needs. Must hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree and New Jersey teaching certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- New Jersey Department of Education Standard Certificate, Certificate of Eligibility (CE), or Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) in Deaf of Hard of Hearing
- Possession of a current and valid teaching certificate in the appropriate subject/content area issued by the New Jersey Department of Education
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficient for the position
