Job Summary
Identify gifted students per TN guidelines, conduct screenings, develop and implement individualized curricula, manage IEPs and quarterly reports, administer and score creativity/academic assessments, maintain confidentiality, collaborate with Intervention Team and school staff, communicate with parents, and travel between school locations to support gifted education strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in job related area
- Teachers Certification and/or License
- Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
- Experience in working with gifted students
- Knowledge of IEP timelines and confidentiality standards
- Ability to develop differentiated instruction and individualized curriculum
