Job Summary
CTE Culinary Arts Teacher responsible for delivering engaging high school instruction, following approved curricula for the Culinary Arts program, and supervising students in a positive classroom environment. Develop lesson plans, use data to drive instruction, differentiate for diverse learners, and promote professionalism and leadership. Students will build foundational skills for business career fields, pursue industry certifications (e.g., QuickBooks), and participate in work-based learning experiences. Strong emphasis on meeting state standards, classroom management, and collaboration with the school community. Location: Orange High School, Orange, NJ. Salary starts at $73,289 with comprehensive benefits; includes pension enrollment and tuition reimbursement per the negotiated agreement. AA/EOE.
