Job Summary
Provides quality instruction through planned lessons aligned to district-approved curriculum and Arizona standards; develops lesson plans, differentiates instruction for individual and small groups, utilizes assessments to monitor student progress, and communicates with administration and parents. Maintains classroom behavior standards, keeps records and progress reports, coordinates teacher aides/volunteers, incorporates technology into lessons, and fosters a safe, engaging learning environment while collaborating with staff and families to support students’ academic and social growth.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain and Maintain an appropriate Arizona Department of Education Teaching Certification for the position hired
- Obtain and Maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Identity Verified Fingerprint Clearance Card
