Teacher - Music

Role is a frontline leader for CAS programs (Dance, Music, Arts and Drama) responsible for driving academic goals and supporting students’ co-curricular aspirations. Key duties include delivering and cascading curriculum per Principal’s directions, coordinating daily timetable and attendance, organizing cultural events and managing event budgets, supporting student wellbeing and progress tracking, and overseeing recruitment/training for faculty while ensuring optimal use of resources. Emphasis on collaboration with the Principal and CAS team, safeguarding and Health & Safety adherence, and promoting ISP’s commitment to holistic student development, diversity, inclusion, and integrity. Skills highlighted include curriculum delivery, stakeholder communication, planning and organizational leadership, staff development, budget management, and a strong focus on student welfare and reflective practice.
