Job Summary
Middle School Humanities Teacher responsible for delivering an integrated curriculum in history, theology, and English for grades 6–8, grounded in Catholic values. Plan and teach engaging lessons, design interdisciplinary units, differentiate instruction, and assess student progress. Lead faith formation through prayer, Masses, and religious activities; promote Catholic values and ethical reflection. Create an inclusive, structured classroom culture; foster reading, writing, critical thinking, and discussion. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents; participate in faculty meetings and professional development. May serve as homeroom teacher or advisor and moderate extracurricular activities as needed.
