Teacher Membership Specialist

Job Summary
Handle inbound trial and small quote requests, answer sales and product questions, and provide pricing information while logging all customer communication in Salesforce. Respond to membership inquiries regarding account purchases, upgrades, and renewals, and effectively communicate key product features via email and phone. Assist with purchase orders, credit card payments, and checks to ensure exceptional service for current and prospective customers. Support IXL classroom and school site license accounts. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, with K-12 classroom background preferred. Based in the Raleigh, NC area office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales or educational organization
- Comfortable with technology
- Energetic, positive person who works well independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience with phone systems and communication via email
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Exceptional critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
- Must be in our Raleigh, NC, area office
Desired Qualifications
- Any K-12 classroom experience is a plus
