Uses diverse instructional techniques and media, prepares for classes with documented evidence, assesses student progress regularly, maintains accurate records, and supports district policies. Collaborates with administration and staff, makes use of teacher aides/volunteers, and remains available to students and parents as needed. Promotes CORE Literacy initiatives and WOW, and participates in staff meetings and professional development to maintain competency.
