Teaches Mathematics to students under the NC Standards and follows the license-held grade level; responsibilities include planning, organizing, and presenting instruction aligned with standards, maintaining an orderly classroom, producing progress reports, selecting instructional materials, utilizing technology in instruction, collaborating with administrators and staff, communicating with parents, and participating in district committees and activities, with duties performed in a 10-month academic calendar; requires strong content knowledge, classroom management, assessment skills, and the ability to engage all learners.
