Job Summary
Teach Math to 7th-8th grade students and oversee boys' athletic coaching (anticipated 2026-27). Responsibilities include using instructional strategies to promote student growth, guiding learning per district and Texas Education Agency guidelines, aligning resources to district curriculum, presenting subject matter, conducting ongoing assessments, collaborating with teachers for SPED/ELL/GT needs, sponsoring extracurricular activities, integrating technology into instruction, planning and supervising aides/volunteers, using data to drive decisions, maintaining student records, and participating in professional development. Requires effective communication with colleagues, students, parents, and the community, and adherence to confidentiality and district policies. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree and a valid Texas teaching certificate; CDL preferred. 187 contract days; League City, Texas venue.

- Valid Texas certificate for the subject and level assigned
- Commercial Driver License Preferred-CDL
