Job Summary
Daily classroom care involves following all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the safety and development of every child. You will develop skills to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children while effectively communicating with families. Implement the proprietary curriculum by creating fun, interactive learning experiences that encourage children to become lifelong learners. Complete extensive training covering child care, preschool, and development topics. This role requires energetic, dependable individuals at least 18 years old with experience in a licensed childcare center or related field, meeting state and center education requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
