Teacher Leader -Bancroft School Mt.Laurel

Lead Special Education Teacher programs in accordance with IEPs, state regulations, and DOE standards. Participate in educational planning, admission screenings, and interdisciplinary team meetings to support student growth and placement. Provide direct assistance to faculty, one-to-ones, and clinical staff regarding curriculum implementation, classroom rosters, and instructional materials. Serve as a mentor to teachers, deliver training on positive reinforcement and data graphing, and facilitate access to resources while monitoring budgetary constraints. Maintain effective communications with parents, DDD representatives, and HR to resolve student and staff issues. Review paperwork for accuracy, ensure documentation compliance, and provide main office coverage as needed.
