Instruct assigned classes at designated locations and times while developing a classroom environment conducive to effective learning. Prepare for each class with written evidence of preparation and employ varied instructional techniques consistent with physical limitations and student needs. Encourage students to maintain behavioral standards, evaluate progress regularly, and establish open communication regarding academic and behavioral development. Maintain accurate records, enforce school rules, and cooperate with staff on instructional planning and co-curricular activities. Protect students, equipment, and facilities while attending faculty meetings and participating in ongoing professional growth programs.
