Job Summary
Kindergarten teacher role within Lowell Public Schools: responsibilities include staying up-to-date with curriculum, planning and assessing student learning, using effective instructional techniques and technologies, maintaining a positive and safe learning environment, promoting equitable opportunities, communicating learning goals and high expectations to students, collaborating with grade teams and parents, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Requires certification valid for service as a teacher in Massachusetts; SEI endorsement/ESL licensure is preferred; Bachelor’s Degree and experience with the appropriate age group are required.
