Plan, organize, and provide learning experiences within the assigned area to maximize student achievement; create a classroom environment conducive to learning; employ diverse instructional techniques and media; assess student progress and communicate with parents; collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula as needed; maintain accurate records and participate in district teacher evaluation and school activities; provide ongoing professional growth and fulfill district requirements.
