Job Summary
Elementary school teacher responsible for planning and delivering instruction in K-6/5th-grade Math under moderate supervision. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, instructing students using diverse methods, assessing progress, maintaining records (including IEPs and 504 Plans), and ensuring compliance with NC standards. Requires collaboration with administrators, parents, and colleagues; administers tests, participates in PLCs, and engages in ongoing professional development. Ideal candidate demonstrates strong classroom management, effective communication, and ability to differentiate instruction to meet varied learner needs; Bachelor’s degree and NC teaching certification required; full-time, 10-month schedule in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
