Job Summary
Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children learn through exploration and play. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences that foster school readiness and kindergarten readiness. Observe individual progress to personalize instruction and collaborate with your teaching team to meet Head Start Performance Standards. Build positive partnerships with families while ensuring children arrive safely each day. This role supports early childhood education within Action Inc.'s Butte Head Start program, dedicated to creating pathways to economic stability in Southwest Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in another field with equivalent ECE coursework and preschool teaching experience
