Teacher/Head Girls Basketball Coach

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and Texas Education Agency guidelines while accommodating individual student differences. Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement through formal and informal testing to inform instructional strategies. Manage classroom behavior in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct and create an environment conducive to physical, social, and emotional development. Direct the work of assigned instructional aides and volunteers, overseeing their completion of assigned tasks. Assume responsibility for extracurricular activities and sponsor approved outside activities. Compile, maintain, and file all required reports, records, and documents while establishing professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community members.
