Job Summary
Teach Grade Four students in Apopka, FL within Orange County Public Schools. Collaborate with administrators, instructional teams, and staff to plan and implement hands-on programs and activities; participate in cooperative planning and evaluation for school improvement; manage classroom and supervise equipment; utilize current research and technology in instruction; diagnose and analyze student progress to tailor instruction; employ diverse instructional techniques to meet individual student needs; maintain records and communicate with parents through parent-teacher conferences; engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with technology used in OCPS; perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Certification or eligible for certification by the Florida State Department of Education to teach in the State of Florida
