Job Summary
Teach Grade Five students in Winter Garden, FL under OCPS guidance. Responsibilities include planning and implementing hands-on programs with administrators and instructional teams, diagnosing and analyzing student progress to tailor instruction, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and technology, maintaining records (grade books, attendance, progress reports), communicating with parents, and participating in ongoing professional development to improve teaching skills and student outcomes. Maintain classroom management and a professional relationship with parents and the school community; assist with school improvement initiatives and use current research to inform instruction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Certification or eligible for certification by the Florida State Department of Education to teach in the State of Florida
