Job Summary
Provide Grade Five instruction in an educational atmosphere, collaborating with administrators and instructional teams to plan and implement hands-on programs; manage the classroom, assess student progress, and utilize technology and current research in instruction. Communicate effectively with parents, maintain records (grades, attendance, student progress), and contribute to ongoing school improvement. Requires knowledge of curriculum and child development, planning and organizational skills, and commitment to professional growth; certification or eligibility for certification by the Florida State Department of Education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Certification or eligible for certification by the Florida State Department of Education to teach in the State of Florida
