Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Elementary Teaching Certificate with a middle school ELA endorsement or K-12 English certificate with a Bilingual/Bicultural Education endorsement
- Knowledge of child growth and development; effective instructional strategies; classroom management
- Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing
- Ability to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community
- Proficiency with electronic equipment for word processing, data management, digital technology, presentations, and telecommunications
- Computer literacy and motivated educator
- Meet alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate
