Create and maintain a classroom atmosphere that generates high expectations by infusing critical thinking, application, interpersonal skills, and technology into an aligned curriculum and assessment process. Use assessment strategies to support learner development, establish a classroom management system for active engagement, and plan, implement, and evaluate effective instruction across various learning environments. Demonstrate subject matter knowledge, adhere to Florida ethics and regulations, and integrate appropriate technology while promoting diversity in instructional materials. Complete ESOL training if assigned Limited English Proficient students, maintain school records, and account for all property. Engage with peers, parents, and community stakeholders to improve educational experiences. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and equal employment policies. Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
