Job Summary
Assistant Teacher for ages 2-3 in a full-time role. Responsibilities include partnering with lead teachers to create a welcoming classroom, fostering a growth mindset to develop young minds, implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, creating a safe nurturing environment, communicating with parents via mobile apps and discussions, supporting center goals, and building relationships with families and coworkers. Qualifications require a High School Diploma or GED and state guidelines; ECE coursework preferred. Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, uniform discounts, and tuition discounts.
