Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children while effectively communicating with families. Implement the proprietary curriculum to create fun, interactive learning experiences that inspire children to become lifelong learners. Complete extensive training covering child care, preschool, and development topics. Candidates must be energetic, dependable, and passionate, at least 18 years old, with experience in a licensed childcare center or related field and the ability to meet state and center education requirements. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors.
