Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as part of a clinical team to deliver skill-building and care plans, record session data, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Ideal for Education-related backgrounds; training provided. Positions start part-time with opportunities for afternoon/evening hours; must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and commit to 6 months. Great entry point into ABA and autism support with numerous related experience paths in education, childcare, and behavioral health.
