Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, and recording session data with electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment, connect with families, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. All positions start off part-time; training is provided and no prior experience is required. Ideal for entry into the ABA field and psychology, with opportunities for growth in education and related fields.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm under challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- Paid training provided if no prior experience
