Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors, record session data using electronic devices, and help foster a positive learning environment. Part-time positions with afternoon/evening hours; paid training available and a clear path into the ABA field. Ideal for those with backgrounds in Education, Teaching Assistant, paraprofessional roles, or related fields seeking an entry point into psychology/ABA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- 6-month commitment to role
