Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data using electronic devices, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. This role is an entry-level, part-time opportunity with paid training, ideal for education-based professionals such as teachers, teacher assistants, and paraprofessionals seeking to gain experience in ABA therapy. Great Bend, KS area; training provided; afternoon/evening hours available; 40-hour RBT course required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment to change clients lives
