Job Summary
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Ohio Early Learning Standards. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom where children feel respected and encouraged. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based activities. Maintain classroom routines and promote positive behavior. Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, sharing updates with families. Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols. Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting
