Job Summary
Develop, plan, organize, and implement an instructional program for exceptional student education (ESE) students through curriculum, lesson plans, educational programs, and individual education plan development. Ensure all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and meet federal, state, local regulations. This role supports ESE students at Hudson High School with a 196-day schedule. For secondary education, an additional period beyond the base contract may be required, with supplemental compensation paid at the effective negotiated rate. The position is full-time and benefit eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in the field of Exceptional Student Education, or related field
- Approval by or participation in a state-approved certification pathway program
- Valid Florida Educator's Certificate or District-issued adjunct certification
- Valid statement of eligibility
