Instruct assigned classes in designated locations and times while planning programs that meet individual student needs. Create conducive learning environments, employ varied instructional techniques, and guide lessons toward curriculum goals. Assess student accomplishments regularly, diagnose learning abilities, and provide progress reports. Maintain accurate records, protect student safety, and implement district educational philosophies. Supervise teacher aides or volunteers, evaluate their performance, and attend staff meetings as required. Support the CORE Literacy initiative and WOW program.
