Job Summary
Conduct daily instruction and supervision for exceptional children within the school setting, adhering to Board Policy 7440 which requires remaining at the school for three years. Deliver specialized education in licensed areas including Special Education K-12, Speech Language Pathology, School Psychology, and various trade and technology subjects. Submit official transcripts through the Education Page and provide teaching license, cover letter, résumé, and licensure test scores via the Supplemental Materials Page. This 10-month contract includes full benefits and a salary based on the NC Teacher Salary Scale plus local Board approved supplements ranging from $7,000 to $12,000 annually depending on years of experience.
