TEACHER-ESE PRE-SCHOOL INTENSIVE

Teach ESE preschool/intensive program with a focus on creating a high-expectations classroom aligned to district and state standards. Responsibilities include using traditional and alternative assessments, communicating effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders, engaging in ongoing professional improvement, promoting critical thinking and diverse instructional strategies, complying with ethics and regulations, integrating technology, establishing positive learning environments, planning and evaluating instruction, and collaborating with peers, parents, and the community. ESOL endorsement training is required if LEP students are assigned; maintain school records and adhere to safety and nondiscrimination policies. Requires Florida certification and proficiency with classroom management and instructional planning.
