TEACHER-ESE EXCEPTIONAL STUDENT ED

Create and maintain a classroom atmosphere that generates high expectations by infusing critical thinking, application, and technology into an aligned curriculum and assessment process. Use effective communication techniques with students, parents, and stakeholders while engaging in planned continuous professional quality improvement. Establish a classroom management system that supports intellectual, personal, and social development through cooperative learning and self-motivation. Integrate appropriate technology and diverse instructional materials that reflect each student's culture, learning styles, and special needs. Fulfill contract terms, adhere to Florida education ethics and regulations, and ensure adherence to safety procedures. Keep school records, account for all property, and work with peers and the community to promote non-discrimination policies. Complete ESOL training and obtain endorsements if assigned Limited English Proficient students.
