Job Summary
Provide instruction and assessment in English/Literature, designing, delivering, and evaluating curriculum according to district guidelines. Utilize instructional resources and technologies to support in-person learning, and contribute to district and building leadership activities. Maintain communication with guardians/caregivers, collaborate with colleagues, and support diverse learners through synchronous and asynchronous learning as applicable. Emphasizes equity, mentorship, and ongoing professional growth within Osseo Area Schools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MN teaching license in appropriate field (Communication Arts/Literature), OR a valid MN teaching license in another field and willing to obtain an Out of Field Permission
- Willingness to apply for Tier 1 or 2 license if not currently licensed
