Teacher - English Learner (EL) 2026-2027

EL teacher responsible for guiding English Learner students toward meeting language proficiency goals, planning and implementing age-appropriate instruction, developing and implementing ELD plans per VDOE guidelines, and collaborating with core teachers and specialists. Responsibilities include planning curriculum and materials, assessing pupil progress, communicating with students and families, supervising students as needed, maintaining classroom safety and order, and participating in staff meetings and curriculum development. The role requires classroom planning, material preparation, professional collaboration, and ongoing professional growth aligned with the State Board of Education requirements.
