Job Summary
Provide quality instruction aligned to the Minnesota state standards and district expectations for 1st grade, employing diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments to inform instruction and support student self-management of learning. Collaborate with peers to plan and implement best practices, engage families in educational decisions, and participate in ongoing professional development; contribute to campus STEM integration and ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Demonstrates knowledge of assessment strategies, curriculum alignment, classroom management, and culturally responsive teaching; requires a Minnesota teaching license or pending licensure and a Bachelor's Degree, with Master's preferred.
