Job Summary
Provide quality instruction aligned to Minnesota state standards and district goals for 4th grade at Northrop Elementary. Responsibilities include delivering standards-based lessons, using diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments to inform instruction, collaborating with peers and families, participating in campus STEM initiatives, and creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, a valid Minnesota teaching license (or pending licensure), and ongoing professional development, with Master’s or PhD preferred.
