Job Summary
Guides student learning toward district curriculum goals for 4th grade, plans and delivers lessons aligned to the curriculum, and communicates objectives clearly. Creates a conducive classroom environment, supervises students to ensure safety, assesses student progress with regular reports, and collaborates with administration and staff to support student success. Responsibilities include planning with teacher aides/volunteers, attending staff meetings, and meeting the individual needs and abilities of students. Requires a Bachelor's degree and eligibility for Florida Department of Education Certification; strong knowledge of subject content, classroom management, and instructional skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Certifications & Licenses: Must be eligible for Florida Department of Education Certification in appropriate subject area.
