Job Summary
Guides student learning toward district curriculum goals in an elementary 4th-grade classroom. Plans and delivers instruction, sets clear objectives, creates a conducive classroom environment, and assesses student progress. Requires collaboration with administration, staff, and parents; ability to plan and supervise for teacher aides/volunteers; strong communication, organization, and time-management skills; and fulfillment of Florida certification eligibility. Location is Jacksonville, Florida; in-person teaching position with duties including grading, lesson planning, and ensuring student safety and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Eligible for Florida Department of Education Certification in appropriate subject area
