Job Summary
Assist the Site Director in day-to-day operations of before and after school enrichment programs, including implementing curriculum, supervising children, and providing homework help. Maintain safety and supervision while interacting daily with students and parents across over 30 school districts. Work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 8:45 am before school or 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm after school, with flexible schedules potentially available. This role supports working parents by offering a safe environment for children to engage in fun, educational activities.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18+ years old
